CAN I ARRIVE / BOOK IN LATE?
Our reception closes at 9pm phone us if your going to be late we will keep reception open for you "BUT THERE IS A CHARGE to cover our costs" if you arrive between 9pm and 11pm there is a charge of £20 per room" after 11pm reception will close and you will not be able to get your rooms keys or book in. (no refund will be given)

DO YOU ALLOW GUIDE DOGS?
Yes we do always, but please make sure you bring proof we have had guests pretending there pet is a guide dog.
DO YOU HAVE A BAR?
Yes we do, it's great value too.
DO YOU HAVE SMOKING ROOMS?
All bedrooms, meeting rooms and public areas are designated non-smoking; there is a smoking area at the front of the hotel. A minimum £150.00 cleaning charge is applicable for smoking in guest rooms.
DO YOU HAVE INTERNET ACCESS?
ALL bedrooms, meeting rooms and public areas offer FREE SUPER FAST wireless Internet access, a username and password are required to access this service and will be available in the guest information book in your room.
WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN/OUT OF THE HOTEL?
Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure, Late check out until 1pm is available with prior reservation and at a supplement.
IS THERE A FACILITY TO STORE LUGGAGE BEFORE/AFTER WE CHECK IN?
CAN A LATE CHECK OUT BE ARRANGED?
By prior arrangement and subject to availability a late check out at 13:00 on the day of departure can be provided and a supplement of £15.00 per room would apply.
DO YOU HAVE ACCESSIBLE ROOMS FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS?
No but we do have a ground floor room that would be accessible for people that have difficulty climbing stairs, please contact our reservations team before booking. To book this room you must book direct with us over the phone and ask before booking for this room DO NOT BOOK WITH BOOKING.COM or this room may not be available.
WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON THE OPENING/CLOSING TIMES OF PLEASURE BEACH AND WHICH RIDES ARE INCLUDED?

WHICH RAIL STATION IS THE NEAREST TO THE HOTEL?
Skegness station is just a short 10 minute walk from the hotel – taxi's are usually available outside the station. For further rail information contact National Rail Enquiries or visit www.nationalrail.co.uk
DO YOU HAVE A CAR PARK AT THE HOTEL AND WHEN IS IT AVAILABLE UNTIL?
We do have a car park onsite for six cars, which is complimentary for residents only and cannot be reserved it is available on a first come first served basis. Car parking is complimentary until 11:00 on the day of departure, after which charges are applicable.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO AMEND OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE HOTEL OR I CANCEL MY BOOKING ?
Your reservation for the The Monsell Hotel in Skegness is an advance purchase rate and a credit card is required to hold your booking, we pre-authorise at the time of booking. and your card will be charged for no show or cancellation This is non refundable and non transferable.
In the case of a declined card payment for your room your booking will be cancelled, we recommend travel insurance be taken at your discretion.
we ask you brink cash for your stay payable on arrival. "we do not have a card machine at this hotel"
CAN I MAKE A REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC ROOM, OR FLOOR?
The Monsell Hotel makes every effort to accommodate special requests however on occasion it may not be possible to do so. The Monsell Hotel accepts no responsibility for accommodating special requests. We regret we cannot accept conditional reservation (i.e. a booking which is specified to be conditional on the fulfillment of a particular request). Book direct with us on 01754 228 731 and ask for your preferred room before booking to make sure it is available, requests made after booking or from booking.com / laterooms are sometimes not possible.

I HAVE FORGOTTEN SOMETHING IN MY ROOM WHEN I LEFT , PHONE / GIFTS / CLOTHES ECT?
We can post your items back to you at your cost, the minimum we charge is £10 this covers postage packing and time and petrol to the post office sorry we have to charge but with over 100 items left last year we have no other option. please send a cheque to the cover cost made payable to A Edwards or pay by card over the phone. “All items are sent at own risk”
